Drivers must be a U.S. resident and be at least 18 years old with a minimum of 2 years of licensed driving experience.

A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) form must be completed and a copy of your license kept on file in order to drive any Vassar College vehicles.

To drive a 12 passenger van, you must complete the Van Safety course by emailing [email protected] for information.

If you will only be reserving vehicles for others and not driving, please indicate that in the comments section at the end of the form.
